Some decor products may have natural or handcrafted variation (minor texture, glaze variation, weave differences in rattan). These are not necessarily defects.

Glass and ceramic items are fragile. Please inspect on delivery and keep packaging if you need to report damage.

7.3 Installation responsibility

For wall-mounted and hydroponic products, follow installation instructions and use appropriate tools/anchors for your wall type. Damage from improper installation may not be covered.
