Shipping Summary
This policy covers processing time, delivery estimates, tracking, fragile-item packaging, split shipments, customs duties, address changes, and what to do if your package is delayed, damaged, or returned.
(1) Destinations
We ship internationally where carrier routes and local regulations allow. If your country/region is not available at checkout, we currently cannot ship there due to restrictions, remote-area limitations, sanctions, or safety conditions.
(2) Processing Time
- Standard: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Peak seasons/promotions: 3-7 business days.
- Made-to-order / event items: lead times (if any) are shown on the product page.
(3) Estimated Delivery Times
Transit time begins after carrier pickup. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

- Remote areas: surcharges may apply for certain regions or postcodes.
